SEC 01 · STRUCTURE
Steel stud and track framing, set straight and to spec. On commercial projects Wade often carries framing through drywall finish in one scope: one crew, one schedule, no hand-off between trades.
Radius walls, curved soffits, and bulkheads are a specialty. The curves you see in the field shots start as framing laid out by hand.

SEC 02 · BOARD
New construction or a full remodel. We hang drywall plumb, tight, and true, from large commercial spaces to residential rooms. All board thicknesses.
The foundation everything else is built on. A clean hang is what makes the tape, the texture, and the paint land right.

SEC 03 · SEAMS
Flawless seams, invisible joints. We tape, bed, and finish to whatever level the job calls for. Level 4 is our standard, Level 5 for high-sheen paint, raking light, or high-visibility spaces.
Level 5 means a skim coat over the entire surface for a perfectly flat wall. We'll tell you honestly whether your project needs it.

SEC 04 · SURFACE
Orange peel, knockdown, skip-trowel, smooth. Whatever the room calls for, we match it, including the texture profiles from 1998 neighborhoods.
3D feature walls and custom drywall designs are a specialty. If you can sketch it, Wade has probably framed and finished something like it.

SEC 05 · REPAIR
Holes, cracks, water damage, popped nails. We patch it clean so you can't tell where the repair is, then texture-match so the wall looks like it was never touched.

Do you do both commercial and residential work?
Both. We've finished commercial spaces like Crave Restaurant and the Department of Labor Building alongside homes across Sioux Falls. The approach is the same: show up, do clean work, leave it right.
Do you do framing too, or just drywall?
We do metal framing as well. On commercial projects especially, we often handle framing through drywall finish in one scope. Ask us what makes sense for your build.
Can I send plans for a bid?
Send them over. Email plan sets to wade@wadesdrywall.com, or use the contact form with the scope and timeline, and Wade will put a number on it. If a walk-through tells the story better, he'll meet you on site.
What's a Level 5 finish and do I need it?
Level 5 is the highest drywall finish: a skim coat over the entire surface for a perfectly flat wall. It's usually called for when you're using high-sheen paint, under raking light, or in a high-visibility space. We'll tell you honestly whether your project needs it.
Can you match existing texture on a patch?
That's one of the things we take most seriously. If the wall next to the patch has a knockdown or skip-trowel texture from 1998, we'll match it so you can't tell where the repair is.
How long has Wade's Drywall been in business?
